We are very pleased to announce that Sarah Flemming has joined the Board of Sgoil Gàidhlig Bhaile an Taigh Mhòir. Sarah began studying Gàidhlig on her own in 2020 and began learning with us in 2022. She is now in the Intermediate 2 level. Along with attending classes, she has taken on an active role in community events hosted by us, including our Mòds, cèilidhs, and Language Villages. As an Advanced Beginner student, Sarah entered our first Mòd achieving Air Leth Math.
Sarah lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, Aaron, and her son, Logan, whom she enjoys bringing to our events to encourage his use and interest in the language. Through her professional work as a program manager, Sarah has gained significant experience in working on and building teams, and we are excited that she will be bringing this experience to our organization.We all look forward to working with Sarah in her new role in this growing Gàidhlig Learning Community.
